> The client used her own friend to wire under cabinet lighting and plugs instead of using my electrician to save cost. My electrician then had to rewire the plugs because they were wired incorrectly and tripping, straighten uneven backsplash plugs along with rewire buzzing light switches, wired incorrectly. Her unclear communication directly to the contractors caused multiple issues and confusion. Essential missing parts that she agreed to supply, but then didn’t have available, affected contractor’s ability to complete work and compromised schedules. All of which were completed at no charge and given additional credit, as another effort to satisfy her, even though she created the issues herself.
