When you call, I will want to set up a time when we can get together. Keep in mind that there are no fees for any preconstruction meetings. If you don’t already have plans and you are starting from scratch then I will bring along a preconstruction check list which will allow me to better understand your desires and match you with the appropriate Architect or Designer. This job was a little more complicated because of the infrastructure that was needed for the three buildings that we were having built. Danny did an outstanding job of planning and managing this work so that we didn't have any major rework once the buildings were set. From the very beginning of our job Danny had a very detailed schedule and budget and he used these documents to manage the sub-contractors in order to stay within the budget and on schedule. When issues did arise during the project Danny and I would discuss the different options we had in order to resolve any concerns, Danny always brought suggestions and options for us to discuss in order to work up a new game plans in order to stay on schedule and within the budget. > He has an incredibly good relationship with the sub-contractors, who many of them have worked with Danny for many years and speak highly of his skills and quality standards. Because Danny has a very high standard of quality and he holds his sub-contractors to the same standard, I believe this helped the sub-contractors also perform at their highest standards. Danny was always an advocate for us and was very easy to get ahold of when we needed to talk to him. He would take as much time as needed to keep us updated on the status of the project or to answer all of our questions or concerns. > The best way to describe how great a job Danny did for us was in the end the banker told me how much they enjoyed working with Danny because his paperwork was always on time and properly prepared with no errors. This made it easy to pay Danny and the sub-contractors quickly. The banker and I also discussed that in a year of a pandemic Danny was the only project that they had received that was completed on time and under budget for a project of our size.
