I first met with Roger at our house to look over our backyard and get some ideas of what we wanted. Michael then came to the house, met my wife and looked over the space in order to come up with a detailed plan. He got the plan to is in about a week for us to look over. Roger was able to make adjustments to ensure the plan came in within budget and we moved forward with the project. The main crew members that worked on our project, Mike and Salvador were incredible (along with a couple of others that I was not able to meet). They showed up everyday just before 7 am and worked until 5:30 without fail. The attention to detail was amazing. Mike was happy to answer any and all questions I had throughout the project. They cleaned up everything each day, to include sweeping the street in front of our house so as to minimize the impact on us and our neighbors. Once the project was completed, Brian came by the house to look everything over, explain how to care for the plants over the next year, and went over the details r/t our irrigation system. Throughout the project, communication between us and Accent was very easy and we never felt left out of the process. Michael made sure to help when we decided to make a small addition to the plan after the project started. The main reason we needed landscaping done was to re-grade our lot because there were potential flooding issues that could have compromised our foundation and lower level. > > They understand water drainage extremely well and when the deluge came in August, one day after they completed the project, our house sat protected and we had no worries. A few small problems popped up as a result of the incredible volume of water that overwhelmed the intended stream/drainage path.
