This was a complicated build in part because the home layout on the lot (fitting the home on the lot correctly) was difficult. A number of issues surfaced during construction that needed to be solved quickly by Joel that could not have been foreseen by anyone until construction began. Joel worked very well with the subcontractors and the regulatory officials and solved all the issues. The home turned out really well and flows with the lot which was very important to us. The other significant quality that Joel brings to the table is a no non-sense approach. If what you are asking to be done regarding the build is not feasible or a poor choice he tells you that up front. Finally as with any home build there are things that need to be corrected. Joel has consistently said "I will take care of it" and he does.
