It’s not that I loved the style of my parents furniture - it’s all fairly traditional American/English style - but I did love the idea of having these incredibly well constructed pieces and keeping the furniture (and memories!) in our family. I asked for a few recommendations from a friend who is an interior designer - she gave me only one name and told me they would take care of everything for me: Revitaliste. The table had a lot of water marks and the leaves were a totally different color than the rest of the table as they seldom were used. Some of the chairs were a bit rickety and all of them had absolutely no padding left in the seats. The fabric was tired and dated.
