The work with Matt was the first where we did not have issues over timing, costs, design, materials, "surprises", excuses why something can't be done that was initially agreed upon, payment schedules, etc. The whole process with Matt was very professionally handled. We had our old asphalt driveway replaced with a new driveway that was done using "placer" stone. We also had the front door access and landscaping redone along with some landscaping in the front yard. The design process was first rate and complete. The design was an innovative solution to what we wanted to accomplish. Any changes were discussed and agreed upon. The work itself was very skilled. The budgeting process was clearly laid out and modified if requested. Materials were as advertised. Costs were in line with the industry standards based upon a variety of quotes we had from a variety of contractors. The job site was kept very reasonably clean and safe when left for a weekend or at the end of each day. Communication was excellent. i never had difficulty getting touch with Matt and if I left a message I got a response within 24 hours. The team that worked on the site were very professional, friendly, worked hard, answered all the questions I had and I had no issues.
