My wife and I decided to explore the possibility of adding a partial 3rd story to our home in the form of a tower. We knew that finding someone to do this project properly would be difficult. We had little hope of succeeding until we found Greg Putman who made our dream come true. He and his crew designed and built a beautiful tower off of our second story lanai with a spiral staircase leading up to a 3rd floor with an incredible panoramic view of the shoreline and the surrounding tree canopy. This addition blends flawlessly with our existing home. This spot is now the favorite one in our house and we spend every evening there watching the sunset. This included a full kitchen remodel with cabinets by Roy Lambrecht Woodworking, Fleetwood pocket doors to the lanai, an expansion of the covered lanai and new tile flooring throughout much of the home. > > We were very happy with the quality of Greg Putman Construction's work. We choose to do much of the design work and Greg was very open to a collaborative effort. The work was done in a timely fashion. We enjoyed his help so much that we hired him again in 2015 to work on Phase II which was a remodel of the Master Bedroom, Bathroom, Closet and a reconfiguration of the outdoor shower. In addition we rebuilt the laundry room.
