We solicited estimates from several contractors and Les stood out immediately. The other contractors walked around the house, took a few measurements and provided a high level estimate for the job. Les asked a lot of questions, took a lot of measurements and provided a very detailed estimate along with a not to exceed price. While his estimate was a bit higher, we had much greater confidence in it because it was so detailed and we knew we wouldn't run into any surprises. Another valuable skill Les brought to the table was design. We completely changed the elevation of the house and Les was able to offer several options and provided beautiful drawings of each option to help us decide > > We hired Les and he did an AMAZING job.
