She showed me where a room or hall or space was too narrow or close to a door opening. Functionality is key in a renovation! She also has helped real estate clients of mine go room by room, and stage their homes with their own furnishings.... Really decluttering. The results were amazing and the suggestions not only made the space feel open, and fresh but didn't cost more than maybe some storage containers and a new comforter or throw pillows. Most amazing was her ability to enhance the livability factor for the people living in the space. Is it Hickory Chair Tompkins bed? What Fabric** *(in Photo Questions)* A: Yes this is the Thompkins bed. Did you know that the posts can be made at any height just in case you have lower ceilings?
