He was willing to try new building techniques in order to create a home that was better built for the challenging climate we have here in Alaska -- most homes here are built as if they are in moderate climates. David was always cheerful and remained calm no matter what challenges developed throughout the building process. He kept me calm even when I didn't feel that way. His established subcontractors were, essentially, all a delight to work with and provided useful feedback as we made the detailed decisions necessary to build our custom home.
