Our high expectations were exceeded once again. Our project (a kitchen/pantry/mudroom/powder room reno) was completed in just over 3 months. The team was incredibly efficient, had great communication, and were a pleasure to have in our space for those 3 months (shout out to Ian & Helen, especially). Shawn provided trusted advice when we reached various decision points, has a great eye for details in the project, and always feels like an advocate for the homeowner with other trades. One especially notable thing about Pat's crew is their respect for the job site. At the end of every day, the job site was tidied up and left clean and orderly - something that even our neighbours noticed.
