GP Interior Design is a design company that thinks out side the box at all times to insure the best design possible for all our clients no matter their styling. 

From the moment Stephen Petty sketched his first design as a local architect in Newport Beach over 20 years ago, he has dedicated himself to perfecting the craft of interior design. This process has taken him on a journey across the country, constantly learning new techniques and methods while building an impressive list of accomplishments as an interior designer and construction manager. Stephen’s pursuits eventually brought him to the fashion center of New York, where he would spend over a decade designing and creating beautiful interior spaces for some of the world’s most demanding clients. 

Stephen returned home to Southern California and formed GP Interior Design, bringing his wealth of experience and knowledge full circle back to the place where it all started for him.

We both had pieces of furniture and accessories we loved but had trouble merging our "styles" plus the room had a couple of odd niches built in that I could never figure out how to make look good. He definitely has an eye for those hard to fit elements and furniture placement. He came in just under budget, ON TIME, and didn't try push or sell us on any unnecessary extras.
