He is punctual, pragmatic, creative, resourceful, quick to respond to emails, and has a spooky ability to get workmen to show up. Despite a minor hassle getting the permits (some unforeseen requirement with the AC unit on the roof which Themis's people worked around by installing it diagonally!) our renovation still finished basically on time and on budget. He loves to get things done, communicates clearly through words and sketches, and will cheerfully scramble up on a ladder to demonstrate how to do something, like some kind of nimble Greek mountain goat.
