From the moment we decided to move forward with Allman the project was A MESS. Our sales rep Natalie didn't explain anything about the process or set expectations despite an on site visit to get an idea of the project and multiple conversations. ZERO COMMUNICATION occurred and when the installer (Chad, the owners son) showed up it was clear we had chosen the wrong company. He was extremely rude and disrespectful to my wife nor did he respect our house. From driving the company truck onto our lawn to damaging our house, Chad's piss poor attitude and customer service was a joke. He decided without telling us that he was going to cut the nose off of our stairs and fortunately was stopped by a contractor that was working on a separate part of the house. At this point we're fed up and tired of dealing with this sad excuse for a company. We've tried to be patient and understanding but the project is still not done after months of us attempting to get someone back to finish the work.
