Jac said that the warranty on that carpeting had expired after one year but that since we had been good customers that he would check with the manufacturer to see what could be done. He called a few days later to say that the restretching would not be covered by the warranty but since we had been good customers that he would have a crew do the stretching at no cost to us. He made an appointment for the work, but the installer had time earlier and got the work done several days sooner than expected.
