They installed a Ring doorbell, TV's, home audio system, universal remotes, all operated through wireless technology, etc. for me in 2017, and we've had issues from the day we moved into the home. The outdoor TV wouldn't work, the remote would freeze, the Ring doorbell system malfunctioned and have been without a functional doorbell for months, the downstairs universal remote won't turn on/off the TV, now the remote won't change the channels. We were able to get them to respond to some of the servicing issues at the beginning after following up with them several times, but they've been non-responsive for months now and are having to look at other AV companies to come try and fix the issues with the Domotics systems. Sent text messages to Chris, left VM for Evan, sent an email to both....no response. I've talked to other people who have used them and we hear similar complaints about them being non-responsive. I would not recommend Domotics, there are other companies out there who can provide similar services, and who will respond to fix issues with the systems they install for you. **★★★★★ — Deborah Bennett, Nov. 2016** > Thanks Chris and Evan for another excellent result. I got quotes from 5 other providers and Domotics' quote was by far the BEST value. On top of that they provided amazing customer service. My installation was delayed because of issues with AT&T (go figure). Because of this it took Domotics 4 visits to complete my installation and even though the issues were caused by ATT they never charge me extra for the additional time needed to complete the install. We were truly satisfied with the set up and how they made it fit our budget.
