> Left me high and dry the week before project was supposed to start. Most of our communication was via text. We first communicated on May 8th and by May 9th, I was very clear I was looking for a June 1 install and would be scheduling other contractors right behind them to put the house on the market. It was set up to run like a well oiled machine with him being the first contractor scheduled and the remodel being completed with no wasted time. I have a record of asking Avni several times what the next step would be and asking when I need the slabs selected to secure a June 1 install. He left several of my questions unanswered and not once provided a date that the slab had to be chosen. I texted him May 24th telling him my designer would be in next week to choose the slab. He texted me back saying the slab, contract and deposit had to be done by the 26th to secure my spot. As I was scrambling to overnight a check for the deposit and find someone to choose the slab for me since my designer couldn't get there by then, my phone rings-it's Avni. His tone is very frustrated as he exclaims that I knew I should have chosen the slab by now. He claims he told me over and over again, but there is no record of him ever giving me dates I was to adhere to. As I tried to explain that I clearly didn't understand my deadlines and was working to get things together by this Friday, he hung up on me. I took a breath, called back twice, he didn't pick up. So, I texted him, humbly accepting fault for not understanding timelines and telling him I'd like to work to make this a win-win situation even though the text records clearly show I made an effort to understand but my questions were not answered. No response. So, here I am, a week away from the this perfectly scheduled symphony of contractors and my first contractor won't respond to me. My closing text to him, was that I thought he may appreciate me trying to work things out instead of running online to write negative reviews. I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt. He called me shortly after, so I thought he was going to try to work things out, but instead he raised his voice, talked over me, wouldn't listen to me for more than one sentence and told me that my texts were unacceptable. He told me that he would not work with me and to go online and write whatever I wanted. Ok, then. Screenshots of some texts are attached that show he didn't answer my questions always or follow up with me.

> As a fabricator we work with European almost every week and they are exceptional. Binita is the best and they are always there for us when we need material.

> I know stone and the most beautiful stone selection is here.... look for Antolini branded slabs for piece of mind and timeless beauty

**★★★★ — Stone Depot of Rhode Island, June 2015**

> European Granite & Marble is more of a unique stone supplier, compared to others who seem to be more generic and do not have a special factor that helps them to stand out. In addition to EGM’s spectacular natural inventory, they also carry their own line of quartz product called PentalQuartz that is affordable and offers a wide selection of colors that are in sync with today’s design trends. EGM’s high-quality products are corresponded with commendable customer service as they always strive to please all of their customers.

> I have been working in the stone industry for over 20 years and only a select few businesses would I put into a class by itself and this is certainly one of them! European Granite & Marble has proven itself to be one of the industry leaders over the past 2 decades. Since the late 90's, I have been working with European Granite & Marble and have always received the most professional and courteous service. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, always giving my clients the red carpet treatment. Their warehouse is well lit, indoors and always full of new and exotic materials for any type of project. I would certainly recommend European Granite & Marble to anyone who is serious about receiving the finest quality materials along with excellent service.

**★★★★★ — Renaissance Marble Works, Inc., May 2015**

> I have been dealing with EGM for over 25 years. They are distributors of natural stones and more recently have extended their inventory to include new and innovative products. They are always on top of the industry and a trend setter for new looks. Having so many locations, sending clients to select materials is always easy. Their customer service is excellent and their selections are breath taking. If you are looking to do a new project in natural stone, quartz or procelain this should be your first and only stop! You will not be disappointed.

> This is a wholesale stone yard where I bring my clients to shop and European then sends the material to my fabricator. Great selection and one of my favorites amongst other yards to go shopping to with my clients.
