> Wall to Wall Construction has provided us with home repairs, improvements, and construction since 2015, first in Washington, DC, and now in Silver Spring, MD. Wall to Wall's president, Julio Angel Tuesta Noel, has personally planned and managed every project, assembling skilled and experienced crews who do quality work. Angel's estimates of costs and schedules have been consistently accurate, helping us to manage emergencies and improvements on a tight budget. Plumbing, drywall, window replacement, assistive improvements, and similar jobs have used good materials, and the workmanship has been excellent. Wall to Wall has also done roofing on our house and our garage and constructed a large shed in our back yard. Our most recent Wall to Wall project has been a swale to replace a section of our house's drainage system that floods our basement. As usual, the crew did an excellent job.

> My wife and I first hired Angel back in 2014 to do some sound insulation and sump pump work at our rowhouse in Mount Pleasant. When we moved to MD in 2016, we hired him again to add a bathroom to the finished part of our basement. In 2020, shortly after my mom purchased a house nearby, we hired Angel to demolish the existing house and build a new 5,500 sq ft house over the existing basement and foundation. And finally, in 2022, we asked Angel to reconfigure the spaces on our 2nd floor so: 1) our son could have his own bedroom; 2) my wife and I could use his old bedroom as our office; and 3) we could convert the existing office into a new guest bedroom. In between these large projects, Angel is the guy we call when we need routine and/or emergency repairs.
>
> In short, Angel is \*rock solid\* in reliability and integrity—qualities that are easy to discount when comparing bids but are invaluable as you execute a project—and for that reason, we have hired him again and again over the past 8+ years. The quality of his team's work is well above average in terms of attention to detail, and his philosophy is to make things right if something bothers you, as he doesn't want them to overshadow your assessment of the overall work. His team is also often willing to work weekends to maintain progress if you are willing to accommodate. Angel's contracts are always detailed in their description of the scope of work, and he is fair about change orders. And lastly, Angel will take as much time as you're willing to offer to explore ideas and to explain why/how his team has to do things a certain way.

> Finding a good GC is like finding a good doctor, lawyer, or mechanic. Once you find one, it's tough to go with anyone else. I highly recommend Angel (as I have to friends and neighbors) to anyone with house projects big and small!

> From estimate to attention to detail, Wall to Wall has shown their professional approach to all projects. Including my own (I am an architect). I've seen their professionalism in the most difficult projects. They accurately provide estimates and allow time for clients to anticipate problems.
> I highly recommend Wall to Wall, from interior renovations to whole new buildings.
> Do call them.

> Wall to Wall was a great firm to work with while managing a very difficult job of finishing my unfinished basement in my home. Our project required absolutely everything from new framing, plumbing and electrical. It was very helpful to deal with Wall to Wall who had their crew that helped with absolutely everything throughout the life of the project. They were very responsive throughout the whole process and everyday there was something happening at the project to help it move forward we always felt like top priority even though I am sure they are working with many other projects besides my basement. The communication was complete from start to finish. We definitely would hire them again!

> Wall to Wall Construction lived up to its name with the remodeling of our basement in 2020.
> They took care of all aspects of the project, from design to demolition, rerouting the plumbing, upgrading the electrical wires, and then building everything out (framing, drywall, flooring etc.)
> One thing we really liked is that they bought the fixtures and flooring that we selected using their contractor accounts and then they showed us the receipts so that we knew exactly how much we had saved and we paid no commission or fees on top of what they paid.
> Mr. Tuesta also made sure that the different tradesmen were scheduled so that there was almost always someone working at the site and the project was finished on schedule.
> I couldn't recommend Wall to Wall and Mr. Tuesta enough.

> Angel and Wall to Wall have undertaken numerous projects for us over the last 15 years. We have a large house in Washington DC and they have worked with us to remodel the basement, the kitchen and one of the bathrooms - and have given us a wonderful series of decks in our large backyard. They have also undertaken the regular maintenance that a large old house requires. Their work has been first class and their prices are always very reasonable. Angel is great to work with - accessible and willing to discuss alternatives. Great company.

> We had our bathroom completely gutted and remodeled in December 2011 by Wall to Wall Construction, and we are extremely pleased about the quality of this company’s work and the professionalism of its owner/employees.
> In November of 2011 we had a leak in the kitchen ceiling, which is situated below the upstairs bathroom. We called out a plumber to investigate and it turned out that the leak was coming from the bathroom shower above. We were already considering remodeling our bathroom, and this leak prompted us to proceed with the job since we figured we would have to tear up the bathroom floor to fix the leak.
> We used Wall to Wall Construction for our wood floor installation in 2010 and based on that enjoyable experience, they were the company we wanted to complete this task. We spoke with company owner, Angel, in detail about our options and preferences with the bathroom remodel. Angel was extremely helpful, offering his advice and suggestions to us. Most importantly, he imparts trust when he speaks…a real honest broker. After getting an estimate from Angel and signing a contract, the work began.
> The first task was to completely gut the bathroom, which included ripping up the floor tiles; Angel and his crew worked quickly and efficiently. Angel immediately alerted us to some underlying issues, including the source of our leak. It turned out that the old shower had been leaking so badly that the floorboard was severely rotted. In addition, the shower tiles had been fitted directly onto drywall – perhaps a cost cutting exercise when the house was built? (Our house was built in 1992). Angel and his men ripped out the old drywall in the shower, replacing it with the proper materials. They also replaced the rotted floorboard. The bathroom floor was then prepped for the new floor tiles to be fitted. Afterwards, the bathroom was now ready for the installation of the new fixtures and fittings.
> Angel advised us to go with a tiled shower floor, and we are extremely pleased that we went this route (both aesthetically and quality). Angel’s tile fitter did a fantastic job, and all of the tile work (bathroom floor, shower floor, and shower walls) was completed at a high level of quality. Angel’s plumber and electrician also worked had their part in our bathroom renovation, and both jobs were professionally done. The bathroom was then painted by Angel’s painter in the color we chose, and the end result was fantastic! Finally, the fixtures were installed (vanity, toilet, shower fixtures, sink fixtures, light fixture). After this, we just had one remaining piece before completion…installing a new medicine cabinet. However, our previous cabinet was inserted into our wall and was an odd measurement… meaning that we could not find a replacement that was suitable to our new, beautiful bathroom. Once again, Angel came to our rescue! Angel custom-built a wooden cabinet for us; and it is one of our favorite features of the bathroom.
