We had a large project (adding 400 square feet to our home, with a complete kitchen remodel) and Seth made it as pain free as possible. We have 4 small children and Seth was cognizant of our need for efficiency and safety along the way. He made a point to complete the project in a way that was minimally disruptive to our life. He cleaned up each day, and made a physical barrier when needed to ensure our kids could not get hurt in the new space. He also broke out the old tile floor when we were out of town for a week in order to minimize the impact (and noise) in our lives. > > When it came to issues that hindered the progress he was able to problem solve ways to keep things moving and get done as quickly as possible. He went out of his way to find a solution when we were told there would be a need for an obtrusive beam in place of a load bearing wall. He consulted several engineers to find a solution that was cheaper and much more aesthetically pleasing. He offered options and opinions along the way regarding materials to help bring my wife's vision to life in a cost effective way. He was great about keeping us informed, letting us know when he would be doing certain parts of the project and following through. He was also very responsive to our needs- responding after hours and researching in the evenings solutions to potential problems when necessary. He stands behind his work and is willing to fix any potential issues without hesitation. > > In the end we came in on budget and had a functional kitchen within the promised timeframe. We now have a much more functional house that connects to our garage, a large mudroom with custom made cubbies that are exactly what we wanted, and our kitchen is stunning!
