> DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I contracted to use DR for an entire renovation to my house. Their ability to hire skilled labor is nonexistent. They are real good at tearing out but worthless at building back. Terry Brodnik does not assume responsibility for the progress of his
> projects. Very little to no management. People show up with no understanding of the project scope. Hence the time delays are significantly long. This is not a company of quality. They want the cheapest labor for the lowest quality then insist to the homeowner that it’s good. I had very poor tile installation. Bathrooms went through two demos and 8 weeks unable to
> be used. DR Contractors owner, David Rhodes requested exit of contract.  Had to involve an attorney to exit contract properly. DR wanted
> to exit binding agreement with a change
> order. . Did get out and have finished with others. Much better quality and half the cost of DR. DO NOT USE DR CONTRACTORS.  They are way over their heads with renovating. Stay with gutter installation.
