When it came time for the tile install it was Dons helper that showed up. He never worked more than 2 hours a day and our 3 month remodel turned into 6 months. I asked for a curbless shower pan because I have Parkinson’s and don’t want to trip going in or out of the shower. Don wanted his final check before the grout dried. A few days later the plummer installed the trim. When we ran the shower we noticed pooling in the bottom of the shower pan. He never came back to look at the shower. He texted and told us we would have to pay again for him to fix it because we “picked the pan” . he gave us 2 “options “ the 2nd option says best option “his recommendation “ so we took the second option.
