They over-promise and under-deliver. I've had nothing but trouble and bad experiences with this company after paying top dollar for supposedly the best turf company in DFW. They did not take care in installing and had to be called out numerous times to fix the initial install. Each time it took months and months to get them back out... always put to the back of the line. Then, one day when the summer hit, I realized they had covered over my sprinkler system totally on one side and 1/2 of them on the other side! How negligent and careless! After they promised they had checked. They did not. Then I was not told how it would not drain properly and when it rained hard, all the water washed off into my neighbor's yard flooding it. Now another pain to try to get resolution for that. And, to top off the cake so to speak, I'm finally getting a "fluff and fresh" that was promised and it is not an actual "clean", they just throw silica sand in and brush it around. If you look up "fluff and fresh" it says a "deep cleaning", but they are telling me that they invented the "fluff and fresh" and it is not a deep cleaning.
