> We found Shadd Johnson Design LLC online. They had good reviews and we were in desperate need of quick drawings. We had drawn up our own plans for adding a kitchen in our basement. The city needed more detail so we hired Shad Johnson Design LLC to take our plans to the next level. We told him a few specifications that the city would need as they were working on the plans and he said we didn't need all that information. The city rejected them and needed the specifications that we had asked them for in the first place. I was slightly frustrated because they were simple things that could have been avoided. But overall, the drawings did the job.  I would recommend Shadd Johnson Design LLC for future projects but be very clear on all the information needed and make sure they do it the right way the first time to avoid any delays in your plans.
