Dan Stern Jr. has been building luxury, custom homes in Williamson County for 23 years.  When it comes to home-building, Dan has several main objectives: quality in construction, practical livability with beautiful craftsmanship, and constant communication with the client.  We are not concerned with volume building but truly building a home, a legacy.  That is why we only build three to five houses a year – to insure quality, attention to detail, and to focus on your ideas and priorities.

> Dan Stern Construction built a beautiful 5500 sq ft home for us in Brentwood, TN in 2015.  Mr. Stern provided the best service I have ever experienced in the construction process.  He is attentive, easy to work with and extremely professional.  Additionally, he did something we have never experienced - he finished the project ahead of schedule and under budget!  We were blown away.  If any minor issues came up after the project was completed, Stern Construction stood 100% behind their guarantee and made sure we were completely satisfied with their work.  I would highly recommend Stern Construction and plan to use them again in the future.
