> I’m extremely happy with the service provided by Back To Nature Decks. My project of a set of outdoor steps was not the most typical job, but the team was in and out in one day, left the exterior better than when they arrived, and was extremely well priced. I recommend for any future outdoor construction needs.

> Professional left a bit to be desired. The deck itself is nice; no problems with the finish there. The problem lies with the extraneous. Prior to the build, I asked about including a gate so I could let my dog out to enjoy the weather without worry; my finished product does not have a gate. Upon realizing this omission (post-build, I realize I could have caught this via pre-build plans), contractor asked for an additional $500. Did he forget? Was it not worth it to include the gate in his original plans and he figured he could bilk me for more money post-build? I declined. It was very disappointing though.

> Professional also expanded on my original deck size and this involved removing some shrubbery. No machines were involved, it was not a big deal. What was a big deal is the fact that he simply left the removed greenery ON MY PROPERTY instead of disposing of them.
