Budget was respected (give or take 10%) and the quality of contractors that came in to do the work were executed as promised. When an issue arose, Kyle was very quick to communicate said issues to me which I really appreciated. When the quality of a task accomplished by a subcontractor was not executed to Kyle's standard, he ensured that it was rectified in a timely manner. I really appreciated Kyle's hands on approach to all things leading up to the renos. I was never left in the dark about any developments throughout the renos. > > I only have one key point that needs to be mentioned; the timeline that was given to me was not respected ie the renovations went on for several weeks longer than what I was originally promised. This was not entirely Kyle's fault and I would certainly not stop it from recommending his services to anyone else, hence the 5 star rating.
