> Bennison Construction recently finished a large construction project for my wife and myself. The job was worth well over $100,000 and was completed within the estimate, apart from customer add ons, and on schedule. The project consisted of the construction of a 240 lineal foot
> engineered retaining wall that was 12 feet high in some sections and two tiered in another section. Once the wall was completed we had Erich build a 20ft.x50ft R.V. garage with an attached shop for a total of 2000 sq.ft. The garage and shop plus the wall blend in perfectly with our existing house and surrounding landscape. We can't say enough good things about Erich Bennison. He is the type of contractor that is actually working on site and consistently communicates with the client. The sub trades that Erich brought in for some of the project were very professional, doing quality work. Erich holds certification as a licensed Electrician,Plumber and Gas Fitter. The completed job passed all inspections without issue. Bennison Construction will definitely be our choice for our future projects and we highly recommend them to others looking for a company that will deliver a quality job.

> We got in touch with Erich and he came to our townhouse to review our needs and then provided us with an estimate.  We liked him right from the start!  He is knowledgeable in many areas which is wonderful.  At this time, our main renovation was done in our kitchen.  We also had some dry walling done in our laundry room as well as a new faucet and sink installed in our spare bathroom.  In the kitchen we had a new Blanco Silgranit sink installed along with a new faucet.  We also replaced our kitchen backsplash.  All of the changes definitely freshened things up as well as made it a little more modern.  Erich is detailed oriented and the best part about working with Erich....he will do what is needed to ensure the end result makes you happy!!  We were very pleased with the renovations that were done and have already passed out his business card!!
