> Very disappointed in quality of flooring. Our contractor is installing your flooring in color nutmeg. A large portion of the flooring has poorly filled knots that are not suitable to be placed requiring almost double the flooring to be ordered In order to have acceptable boards to be put down.

> Naturally aged flooring does not hold up to sny wear and the lifetime warranty will not be honored. The laminate finish wore off with very limited use in my vacation home in less than 2 years. The warranty department and process is an inside job of companies controlled by parent company qep. It is not a unbiased warranty. All floors out of georgia does most of the warranty denials for the large qep corporation. They dent everything on warranties based on what you tell them. It is a scam warranty
