> The general construction, workmanship, and professionalism shown by CMCC's crew were good and I would recommend them to anyone looking for first-rate home repairs.  Their representative, Bill Ferguson, was able to accommodate several change orders with little or few delays, regardless of the job size.  However, the paint crew they contracted to paint our house didn't do that great of a job and made a few rookie mistakes which are surprising given they were Sherman-Willams painters.  After the poor job they did on the back and sides of the house (uneven coats, spilled paint on the lawn, leftover trash, dents in the siding from unprotected ladder bumpers, etc) we decided to paint the front ourselves because we were not going to pay for their mistake-laden work again.  Please note, that this does not reflect on or take away from the excellent job the construction crew did.  I would definitely hire CMCC again, just not the painters if they still use the same crew.

> Contacted Continental a few weeks after Hurricane Ida to get a quote.  They sent someone out within a week and walked down all the damage and necessary repairs.  I got a quote back within a week and after a few revisions to the scope we signed the deal.  Due to difficulty of obtaining much of the necessary materials in the immediate months after the storm it was a slow start however the work was done very well and the project manager responded to all communications quickly.  Marcos is great to work with and his crews did great work.  Only a few backordered doors and some trim work left to be completely done but no fault of theirs.  Would recommended this company.
