> Monarch Landscape and Design were chosen to perform an extensive yard remodel at our home  at 33546 Sandcastle Court in Dana Point.
> It consisted of the demolition of \>1800SF of 6” thick concrete, 110’ of iron fence and old drains.
> Substantial digging with no room for machinery was performed to prepare for new drains, block wall and V ditch foundations. A trench, 4’ wide by 2’ by 110’ long was hand dug along with hundreds of feet drainage and rebar.
> A five feet block wall 110’ long was erected and finished with stucco. Behind the wall the 110’ V ditch was constructed with drains every ten feet. The yard was finished using Courtyard design multi colored pavers.
> Three double Palm trees were reused along  with 6 new large plant pots. Each palm and pot was wired for lighting, piped for drainage and water supply.
> Unforseen work was discussed, quoted and performed in a timely manner. Such as \>50’ of weep screed and miscellaneous underground piping replacement and rerouting.
> It was a daunting project but it was performed with professionalism, confidence and the highest level of skill.
