> I regret to share my disappointing experience with Duaa Interior Design. After signing a contract on November 28, 2024, for a kitchen and dining room redesign, the project was promised to be completed within 4-6 weeks. Unfortunately, despite me paying the first half of the payment we agreed on , the services were not delivered as agreed. Communication was inconsistent, with numerous missed meetings and unfulfilled commitments. Ultimately, I had to terminate the contract on March 11, 2025, due to lack of progress. My request for a refund was declined, with Duaa asserting she had earned the payment despite not completing the work. I cannot recommend her services based on this experience.
