> I bought a Kitchenaid Ice Maker about 2 years ago, Model number KUIX535HPA01, Serial UA4501337, and also purchased the extended warranty. The icemaker stopped working towards the end of 2022 and I have had close to a dozen service calls to have the item fixed. I have been told by multiple repair techs that it needs to be replaced, but have been unable to get the extended warranty company to do anything more than send out more repair techs. I have tried contacting Kitchenaid regarding the matter and they are not returning my messages. As a General Contractor, I cannot in good faith, recommend a product that the company does not stand behind. I have done everything right on my end, including purchasing an extended warranty. Please, can someone from Kitchenaid please reach out to me to get this problem sorted. \*Sensitive Information Hidden\*
