The project involved underpinning, crawl space excavation, steel beam installation, and rebuilding portions of the foundation from under our home to create a functional crawl space. It was highly technical work, and Addison handled it with confidence, care, and professionalism from start to finish.
> One thing we really appreciated was how well they understand older homes and the importance of improving them properly. Rather than covering up issues, they took the time to address everything the right way. Floors were carefully leveled, structural challenges were resolved correctly, and real attention was paid to the details that matter in a century home, such as eliminating squeaky floors and ensuring long-term stability before finishes were installed.
