  - Location: Thousand Oaks, CA
  - Photos: 22
  - Description: Full master bathroom remodel in Newbury Park, near Thousand Oaks. The original room had a tiled drop-in tub deck, two tile-top vanities, a small white-tile shower and a travertine floor. We took it down to the studs and rebuilt it around a freestanding tub, a larger custom shower and one long vanity. The shower was rebuilt with new cement board and full waterproofing, then finished with elongated hexagon marble walls, a mosaic tile floor, a recessed niche, a corner bench and a sliding glass door…

  - Location: Los Angeles, CA

In a finished house the protection matters as much as the paint: before spraying, our crew papered the hardwood floors and wrapped the doorways, windows, dark wood doors and trim in plastic and tape. Walls and ceilings were then sprayed for an even, uniform finish, and each room was unmasked and clea…

  - Location: Los Angeles, CA
  - Photos: 15
  - Description: Full backyard remodel around an existing pool in Granada Hills, CA, completed in about three weeks. We removed overgrown citrus trees and loose gravel, then used our own excavator to dig out and haul away about 40 tons of soil. On the new grade we poured large reinforced concrete slabs with decorative bonded-aggregate joints, which give a clean, modern pattern around the pool. New drainage carries water away from the pool deck and the house. Pool-area electrical, outdoor wall lights and landscap…
