> Scheduling an appointment was easy and hassle free, and everyone I spoke with was nice. Unfortunately they came out, did no diagnostic work, and somehow came up with a ridiculously high estimate without even knowing what was wrong. We were also charged a hidden fee on top of the $69 service fee, so in total paid $100 for no reason. Beware, they have hidden service fees that you won’t know about until after they show up. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself some time and money, look for a better company.

> Was charged almost $800 to repair power outage in garage and living room, just for the problem to come back. When I called for them to at least assess what is wrong, I was told by a rude old lady that I need to pay again. If you are getting ripped off by unprofessional contractors like AAA, you should contact the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) and file a complaint.

> Though the service representatives were scheduled to do a spring maintenance service call, Kyle Simms immediately identified our air condition unit had burnt out. He provided options to resolve this issue, providing pro and cons, price variances. We went for a whole new unit. They corrected and replaced fixtures that were identified that were installed incorrectly. He and his partner installed the new unit the next 2 days, just before the heat rolled in. They were courteous, profession, and approachable.
