> We signed a contract with Juan to complete our family room which was nothing but walls, a concrete floor, an unfinished loft and a surprise room for our grandkids. Juan listened to us as we begin telling him what we wanted our family room to look like and our purposes for its use. Every detail of our finished room has far exceeded our expectations. Juan is very gifted with his ability and creativeness in working with wood. From the beautiful staircase and loft to the uniquely designed door frames. He also designed a sliding "barn door" to enter from the loft into the "KIDS" room. The hardware for this sliding door and the door itself only add to the beauty of the loft. We are now enjoying the comfort of our new family room as well as our grandkids are in their "surprise cubby"! It has been such a pleasure working with Juan who has Christian values. He always has an upbeat and possitive attitude and we look forward to working with him on future projects.
