I took notice of the quality and uniqueness of their work several years ago and made the mental decision that these guys were going to build my dream house and boy these guys didn't disappoint! First of all, the in-house interior designer, Rachel Koepke is as good as it gets. After a design input meeting to gauge my preference and tastes, she knocked it out of the park with the selections. It fit me perfectly. The overall design process was extremely easy and they were flexible in making modifications to the floor plan and elevations to fit my desired look/use of the home and any potential change was discussed and accommodated with a positive attitude. Once we got to construction, their project manager, Mark Malouf, was on top of the trades and really managed the schedule well and clearly communicated that with me so I could work my life around my acquisition and ultimate move-in into the home. I've been in the home for 3 weeks now and you'd think they'd move on to the next project, but they've been willing to do little things for me - like hang art work, bike racks in the garage - and of course, make sure little touch up stuff like paint work is being fixed. I'm literally blown away by the customer service after the fact. Now that I've been living in the home and can see the craftsmanship/artistry of their work. Their inhouse carpenter, Randy, might be the best their is. He'd never tell you that of course because he's too humble, but his custom shelves in the office and kitchen along with his use of an old piece of barn wood as my fireplace mantle is world class talent. I'm literally blown away. Lastly, I used Rafterhouse for the furniture selection too as this was basically a blank canvas home for me and I needed help. Again, after input from me on my preferences/style, her selections where right on target and had a blend of the Rafterhouse style along with mine which made this house feel like a home from Day 1. Overall, I'm just amazed at the whole project (start to finish) and if I ever move (not likely) then I know for sure, Rafterhouse will again be involved!!! 5 Stars. **★★★★★ — Adonica Gower, Aug. 2017** > I have completed two homes with Rafterhouse and both times the design, creativity, workmanship, experience and detail has always exceeded my expectations.
