> LaChance Quality Homes built my new home. I couldn't be happier, and if I were to build another house tomorrow, they're absolutely who I would choose. Roland was never too busy to answer questions and went through the house with me several times during construction. When I wanted a change, he'd go over it with me, explain the pros and cons and give me an idea what it would cost. My wife and I always felt respected and listened-to.  I'm in the military and was deployed for the last part of construction, and my wife always felt taken care-of. I got to come home for Christmas, and the house is BEAUTIFUL, the attention to detail is wonderful and our home is a joy. We had friends and family over for Christmas, and everybody loved the home.
