> My husband and I have used Joey on 2 different occasions so far. His work has been incredible. After dealing with numerous contractors in the past, it was apparent that Joey is incredibly knowledgeable. He surpassed any of the previous contractors we've encountered thus far. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy every step of the way.
>
> He made custom railings for our deck. They turned out more beautiful than I could've imagined! We've received so many compliments on them. We now asked him to make more railings for another project we're working on. I look forward to a long-term relationship working with IDR!
>
> Thank you, Joey and team!

> (Will add pictures when both the projects are completed)

> I do NOT recommend Joey Bernardo of IDR, LLC. I am sorry I ever hired him to build a small 2 story addition on my house. What was supposed to be a 2 month project turned into a year project followed by 20 months of lingering issues. The entire project has been nothing but frustration and disappointment of a project NOT well done.
> The major lingering issue is water leaks from 3 places which he has not fully addressed nor rectified: basement due to inadequate waterproofing and backfilling/grading, 2nd floor ceiling due to him not capping the old stack, and where flashing of the addition is pulling away from the main house (and the addition isn’t even 2 years old yet). This was confirmed by an independent roofer.
> He either is incompetent or he just doesn’t care, likely both. He prioritized his own flipping projects over my paid project. His work is so low quality. He can’t paint, every surface was unevenly painting, and now the paint is already peeling in places. He can’t tile…the wall tiles are uneven and the floor tiles move. The shower floor slopes away from drain, so that water pools by the wall and never drains. He installed a broken light in a closet…I guess he thought I would not notice. He is non-responsive and when he does respond, nothing he says is true. And there is more…but you get the point.

> We replaced counter tops and back splash in our kitchen and IDR did an excellent job. Joey and his crew were timely, efficient and I highly recommend them.

> IDR completed a structural wall removal project for me. They coordinated the architectural engineer, removed a wall and installed a beam to support the existing structure of the home. They were knowledgeable, responsive and delivered a great finished product.

> IDR LLC did an EXCELLENT job on my complete kitchen remodel, which literally involved a “floor-to-ceiling” renovation: beautiful new floors, new cabinets, new lighting, new ceiling, wall knock-downs to create a more open space, and much more! Joey and his team did top-notch work at a very reasonable price, and they kept me updated/informed about progress throughout the duration of the project. I love my kitchen, and I highly recommend hiring IDR LLC for any home improvement project — you’ll be VERY glad you did!

> We hired Joey to put an addition on the back of our house. He started out great and was there every day working to install the structure. It looked like the four month timeline was going to be met. All of a sudden, work stalled. No one came for weeks at a time and he refused to answer calls, emails, texts. Finally, the work started again with excuse after excuse as to why it had stopped in the first place and at a snail's pace. Once the structure was finally up, the finishing touch work was shoddy at best. Joey promises a lot of things that he definitely does not know how to deliver. Half of the outlets installed do not work, paint splotches are all over the new concrete floor, the breakfast nook bench that Joey "custom" made for us (and bragged about on Instagram) will most likely be thrown away for how terrible it is. I could honestly go on and on. Do not hire this company. You will regret it, just like we did.

> I hired IDR to remodel my outdated main bathroom. It was gutted to the studs and reconstructed with all new marble flooring, crisp white subway tiles, modern fixtures, and new lighting. Joey and his team were very responsive and provided constant updates so that I was always well informed.

> We hired IDR to renovate our master bathroom. The project included a complete removal of the existing flooring and walls (to the studs), doubling the area, and a complete installation (new tile floor, tile shower with two (2) fixtures, toilet, vanity, and lighting). IDR worked with us prior to construction to ensure all of the materials were selected before starting the work, which kept us on budget and on schedule. The project went smooth from start to finish and we are very happy with the end result.

  - Description: The owners home had a back porch off of the kitchen in a previous life. It had been torn down and the existing door was blocked up with a new door coming from the dining room. The project scope was to clear all the debris from the back porch and backyard to create a large functional back deck with seating area and shade posts. The work started with removing all of the old porch foundations and other debris. The foundations were then dug along with removal of debris from the front and side yards.…
