We were so impressed with the quality of work throughout - everything was done carefully and meticulously, and the end result looks so great. The one downside was that the job took longer than estimated (I think they estimated 4 weeks and it took about 6), but I would take that over a quick but shoddy job any day. It was easy to get in touch with Ron and get updates on the project, and I felt included when there were updates or questions.
