> I had the pleasure of retaining the services of Holt Wine Cellars via Elke, the danish craftswoman. Result was amazing.  Excellent workmanship with great attention to detail.  Delay was a little longer than expected but well worth the wait.  Difficult to find this type of labor performance in the local job market.  Spent a lot of time researching cellars before proceeding with Holt Wine cellars. You will NOT be disappointed.
