Northbay Building Company: Remodeling & New Construction Built Around Your Vision
Your home should reflect the way you want to live — not what a contractor decides for you. At Northbay Building Company, we believe great remodeling and new construction begins with understanding the homeowner. Before any plans are drawn or materials are ordered, we take the time to listen. We learn what isn’t working in your current space, what you want to improve, and what matters most to you and your family. Your goals guide the project from start to finish.
With more than 30 years of hands‑on experience, our family‑owned company has earned the trust of homeowners across Cape Cod and Plymouth County. Whether you’re renovating an older Cape home, adding much‑needed space, updating key rooms, or building new, we bring skilled craftsmanship, clear communication, and a respectful presence in your home.
We understand the concerns homeowners often have when hiring a contractor — uncertainty about the process, frustration with poor communication, and fear of mess or disruption. Northbay was built to reduce that uncertainty through clear communication, thoughtful planning, and an organized approach. We work cleanly, stay organized, and keep you informed every step of the way. We keep you informed about what is happening, why decisions are being made, and what comes next.

> Joe and his crew did a great job replacing the shingles and trim on the exterior of our home in Truro. Once the project was completed, we were extremely pleased with the attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.

**★★★★★ — Karen B, Sept. 2021**

> So pleased with the work we had done and glad we chose NorthBay Builders. I reached out to this business not knowing anything about them for a new deck, outdoor shower and some repair work. Joe provided an estimate which was reasonably priced and kept within budget. I was impressed with his team's professionalism and ability to improvise as needed. The deck and shower are beautiful and up to code now! I highly recommend Northbay!

**★★★★★ — Wayne Hyman, Sept. 2021**

> quality, knowledgeable, responsive and timely. Over the last 20 years I’ve owned property from Wianno to Brewster on the Cape. NorthBay Construction is the only company with all the traits needed to restore, renovate or build a home from beginning to end.
