Kent Bumgarner very aptly named his company Key Elements because that and more is what his team delivered to us in the construction of our new Colorado home. Building a new home can be a challenging undertaking. Our Key Elements team of Kent, Richard Kihnley and Sari Anderson expertly guided us through that process. Through the life of the project they consistently anticipated, executed, and followed up, making sure every detail was completed to our total satisfaction. They worked extremely well with our architectural group, which is essential, but not always the case with builders and architects. We truly felt we were ALL on the same team, and that everyone had the same goal. We did extensive pre-construction planning with the major subs and with the Architect and Key Elements, had chosen all stone, hardware and fixtures prior to construction work beginning.
