Laura did a fantastic job with the design and came up with a great concept that exceeded our expectations. The project management and craftsmanship was second to none. The project remained pretty much on schedule and when there was a little delay they worked overtime to get the job done. Josh and Carl did an outstanding job covering every detail in a very intricate design. They also did a great job of respecting our family's space by leaving the space in good order when they were finished for the day and minimizing the mess the rest of the house by sealing off the basement. We received an updated schedule every Thursday so that we knew exactly who was going to be in our house and what was being done each day. When the work actually started, every tradesman was courteous, professional, and highly qualified. The attention to detail was particularly evident in the tile work. All dates were communicated to me in a weekly schedule and deadlines were met. We lived in our home during a complete renovation and all tradesmen were particularly attentive to having the site clean and safe when they left, which often caused them to put in additional time. Phone calls were returned promptly and questions researched and answered in a timely manner. When decisions had to be made along the way, I was given a list of pros and cons which were backed up by experience and hands on knowledge to assist in the process. A: It was a custom cabinet configured with the refrigerator trim. Very custom to fit special spice jars client purchased. **Q: What sort of tile is this... is it slate.** *(in Photo Questions)* Would love to know what kind of tile this is.
