Had a great time designing with him. He was able to take our ideas and work with us as long as we needed to make everything work. It is a lot to take on a home renovation project but his patience with us definitely helped out. Can't say the same for my husband. > > As with any renovation there are hidden costs that we did not expect but no blame on Brian for that. We kind of expected to go a little over budget but with the selections that we made and the updating of some hidden items in the walls we ended a little higher than we expected. > > But overall we were able to get everything that we wanted and have already started saving some photos on Houzz for when Grasso Design can draw us up a brand new house. Brian was very accommodating and was able to provide us with a selection of stock plans to choose from. We were able to find a home plan that worked within our budget. Brian was able to modify it so it almost feels like a custom home. We hope to spend this summer enjoying our new family get away.
