Are you drooling over beautiful kitchens and bathrooms on Pinterest and Houzz? Are you desperate for more space in your home? If you are, we can help you Design and Build your dream home.

We've been creating beautiful new kitchens and bathrooms all over the Cincinnati area for over 40 years. Here are just some of the projects we've been working on.

In Hyde Park we recently remodeled a small non-functional kitchen into an open farmhouse style kitchen with easy access to their outdoor eating area. Here is what our clients had to say:

"Even in the relatively short time that we’ve had this remodel, we’ve had folks come to us and say, look we want to do a remodel, who should we use? And without hesitation we say, there’s one name, and it’s Bauscher." Chris S.

Another client of ours were looking to remodel their whole condo. They had inherited the condo and wanted to remodel it with aging in place aspects so they could live there long term, but they didn't want to sacrifice form over function. We had a solution for them, and here is what they have to say about their newly designed home.

"We were afraid, just afraid to get into it, and Bauscher Construction made us feel really comfortable and led us through the whole project nicely." Christine K.

We believe in treating people and their homes with respect and kindness. We are a company that delivers not only stunning kitchens and bathrooms but also gives our clients an enjoyable experience. One that keeps them coming back.

**★★★ — Annette Schoellman, Aug. 2018**

> Pros: the drywall and finish work were outstanding and overall the finished job is beautiful. Cons: they forgot to do an electrical walkthrough with me so I didn't get what I wanted and on the HVAC we figured out after all finish work was done that the returns weren't installed. For both they patched up some things afterwards but couldn't really fix everything without tearing out walls. Also I couldn't get a true estimate without paying a $1500 "design fee". The only thing they would do was a ballpark estimate, which was "in the $40's". This was in line with other estimates and based on other factors I went forward with the design fee. Unfortunately the final true estimate after the "design" came in at $60K. HUGE difference but by then I was under a time crunch so went with it but had to cut out some stuff because we were over budget. Very disappointing.

> Annette,
> Thanks so much for taking the time to post a review. We truly value every piece of feedback and utilize it in our goal of continuous improvement.
>
> We’re sorry to hear about the issue with your electric and HVAC and we’ve taken some steps to tweak our process to make sure that does not happen again. We’re very glad to know that our team was able to remedy the issue and that your finished project turned out beautifully as you mentioned.
>
> From your feedback, it also sounds like we did not do an adequate job of explaining our process and why we do what we do. Our approach is designed to define the project and its costs, prior to construction, to keep you from having those nasty change orders that are so common in remodeling lore. Put shortly, it’s tough to tell what “it” costs until we really know what “it” is.
>
> While prioritizing things out of a project is never the fun part, we work to provide our clients with the choice to control their budget before it’s too late. Our worst nightmare, and we think you’d agree, is a run away budget during construction when it’s too late to do anything about it.
>
> We hope this makes sense and will follow up with you directly to make sure that all of your concerns are answered and addressed.
>
> Thanks again for your business and your helpful feedback.

> Update on my review from 2018….
> Although, my Initial review was five stars- I have to say only 3 1/2 yrs in, our cabinets are falling apart, flooring is separating , and kitchen sink was never sealed and is moving around . I don’t know if I would recommend this group. Like I said initially everything came out beautifully, but….

> Thanks Naomi! We were so glad to be a part of your remodel, you're new space is stunning!

> This is our 2nd time using Bauscher for a remodeling job and they did not disappoint. They are professional, communicate extremely well, and their craftsmanship is the best. We are very happy with our family room remodeling project and highly recommend them to others.

> Thanks Bill, we loved being a part of your project!

> Outstanding from start to finish... the Bauscher team is exceptional in every phase of the remodeling project; professionalism, knowledge, quality, and timeliness... would not trust my remodeling projects to anyone else!!!...

**Comment from Bauscher Construction & Remodeling, Inc.:**

> Thank you! We're so glad you trust us to be a part of your remodeling endeavors.

**★★★★★ — Susan Skidmore, Dec. 2017**

> We did a complete bathroom renovation. From the design to the craftsmanship, everything was simple and professional. The timeline was exactly as expected and every subcontractor was here when they were scheduled to be and their work was all top notch. We will definitely use them again when we plan our next project.

**★★★★★ — Jim Murphy, Nov. 2017**

> Bauscher has great people working for them. We had them put a sheet rock ceiling in our basement. I had a detailed schedule on line of what would be done and when. They stuck to it. The Project Manager was there often to insure things were done right. I was very impressed from start to finish

**★★★★★ — User, Aug. 2017**

> We have used Bauscher Construction and Remodeling for 2 major projects and both went incredibly well. From the initial meeting to discuss what we wanted to do all the way through to completion, they were there to hold our hands, guide us as needed, and get the work done. Their design team and construction crews are second to none in the industry. They will definitely be our first call when the next project comes up.

**★★★★★ — Pamela Smith, July 2017**

> Paul Bauscher did an absolutely beautiful job on our first floor remodel. The workmanship of his staff was superb; their work was done right the first time and on schedule. His personnel were always courteous and respectful of our home, cleaning up after the day's work. We would highly recommend him to anyone wishing to update their home - we will certainly have him do our next project!

**★★★★★ — Custom Distributors, June 2017**

> Bauscher Construction & Remodeling, Inc. has and continues to excel in customer satisfaction. The professionalism demonstrated by Paul and the attention to detail of his staff create a seamless process of design, selection, and execution. When their clients are referred in to us for appliance selection, they are typically accompanied by one of Bauscher’s staff members in order to confirm design parameters and ensure that the homeowner’s needs and wants are communicated properly within the possibilities of their budget and time. This coordination allows for greater continuity in the overall finished project. Making sure that the homeowner’s expectations are exceeded becomes much simpler with the experience and knowledge of the Bauscher team. Paul also regularly utilizes our facility to host both company and industry meetings, which not only maintains, but betters our business relationship and allows both parties to learn more in-depth about each other’s field of work. We look forward to working closely with Bauscher into the future and to continue learning from each other.

**★★★★★ — John Catlin, Jan. 2017**

> We found that Bauscher Construction had top notch experienced personnel and subcontractors at every phase of our project....from planning and selection to deconstruction and construction. We were out of town for much of the process but they stayed on schedule and did a masterful job. Also, they respected and protected the areas of our home that were not involved in the project.

**★★★★★ — Larry Armstrong, Sept. 2016**

> Words that come to mind are...
> Team, quality, results, listening, creative... to name just a few...
>
> The Bauscher Team worked in all phases... the design phase, listening to what I wanted... the interior design phase of creating the look... the project management phase of defining what happens when... the actual construction phase of taking care of the details... the follow up phase of did we meet expectations, and yes they did!!!... and finally the financial component was very easy to follow where the project stood regarding to dollars...
>
> With all that, the finish product is great!!!...
>
> Great people throughout the organization!!!...

**★★★★★ — Nick Newman, Sept. 2016**

> Great experience from beginning to end. The kitchen and bathroom remodel that they did was great. They created beautiful spaces for us without exceeding the budget. Craftsmanship was first rate. Both the Bauscher employees and the subcontractors were there when they said that they would and performed the work in a professional manner. Their project management system was great.

  - Description: Sometime in the late 70’s or early 80’s, someone remodeled the kitchen in this Hyde Park Tudor and completely ignored the home’s character. Along with the very small footprint, the existing kitchen was non-functional for our amateur chef clients. By removing a wall between the existing kitchen and the adjacent breakfast room, we were able to expand the kitchen and create a small but comfortable eating area. - Description: As an avid cook, our client wanted a new kitchen where functionality was a very high priority; it also needed to flow and connect well with the living area. To open up the space, we had to remove a structural wall, which required us to rework and increase the capacity of the steel beam in the basement. Once the structural details were solved, it was time to bring this space to life for our amateur chef. The painted white cabinets are bright, and add more light to the space. The beautiful black g…
