> Our design from Woodland Designs was spot on.  We have an older brick rancher home that needed a major facelift.  We worked with our designer to give us an updated look for our kitchen and bath and to help make the rest of the main floor flow with the updated design.  This was a very large transformation as we took out two walls and took out an extra bedroom that we did not use to add space to our kitchen and bath.

> The kitchen became an open concept area in our home and is so beautiful with wonderful high quality products and perfect details.  We originally had a small galley style kitchen with a small butlers pantry area.  This was transformed into an open space with a very large island with a gas cooktop and a beautiful glass range hood.  The top of the island and counter tops are soap-stone and they are fabulous.  We have white cabinets on the top and brown on the bottom.  The contrast is great and blends together very well.  We added a farm sink with glass fronts on the cabinets on each side of the sink.  We also added a new double oven and additional sink area for a coffee/bar station.  The area all flows together with wonderful wood and stone walls added in two areas in the kitchen and dining room.  The old butlers pantry was transformed into a pantry area with a desk area.  The original oaks floors were extended into the kitchen to add flow and were all refinished on the entire main level and stained a beautiful light brown.  We also added a bench seat next to the window by the coffee/bar.  All the baseboards were changed to a 5 inch base and painted in white.  All the doors on the main level were updated and have new hardware.  All of the walls were painted to blend all the colors and elements together.

We enlarged the space and added a very large free standing shower with glass doors.  We also added a beautiful tub with a floor mounted faucet.  The cabinetry was made to look like furniture with brushed silver accents.  We added a double sink with quartz countertops.  I am not a tile person and our designer brought the most beautiful tile that had the look of nature.  She made the selections easy for me to choose from.  We also had a photo that we just loved and asked to have the bathroom be inspired from the photo.....it is so spot on.

Do you have any idea what brand / style / color the wall cabinetry is?

A: These are cabinets from Koch & Company - rustic beech wood with frontier stain color in the Centennial shaker style door.

where did you get this one?

A: This wood top was made out of Maple and we purchases from a local supplier in Colorado Springs, Eden Oaks

**Q: is this floor radiant?** *(in Photo Questions)*

If so can you tell me what the manufacturer so I can get it.  We live in Tahoe, CA

A: This project did not have radiant heat, but the flagstone product used here is rated for radiant heat.   Here is a product ling for this material.  And I believe MSI has locations in CA

A: These are Koch Cabinets, beech wood, mocha stain with black glaze on their Hastings door style.
