Her suggestions and eye for just the right look completely transformed our home. During the remodeling process she worked closely with us to ensure our paint colors, tile, and flooring selections would enhance the home. She also went above and beyond in assisting our contractor with tile selection when last minute water damage necessitated a new front porch. Our house sold in 4 days with multiple offers and I attribute that largely to the presentation of the home. Kathleen created a warm and welcoming look that was spot on current and stylish. While showing the home, many realtors commented that the quality of her work far exceeds those of other designers. Unlike other stagers her primary goal is to see your home, not her furnishings.
