**Q: what is the counter top and what is the back splash in this ?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Thanks Mazum.  The backsplash is an aggregate made with outer shells.  Very durable.  It is in the form of a tile.  The countertop is a light granite.  Very pretty:)

**Q: Hardwood floors for our farmhouse ?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Hi , I love these great photos and have only begun to read this thus I already have a quick question please.  The floors look like what is in our beach home , a type of pine , that was here when we bought the house. even the similar color. Now I am wondering what was selected for these floors as we like ours' very much. Thanks and best regards! Debbie S.

A: Hi Debbie,  Yes, these are knotty pine.  The home (this is a "before" photo) is located in Horse Country in NC where pine trees are quite common.  No stain was added.

**Q: Please, what material was used for the countertop?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Beautiful re-do of the bathroom and the mirror is too cute!  I like the countertop that seems mostly white with just a touch of tan.  Thank you in advance

A: Thank you so much for your kind words, kinanaco! The counter top is "Witch Hazel" by Corian. We love the soft texture and subtle color this solid surface provides in the space.

A: Thank you, Denise! The wall color that we used in there was Benjamin Moore Hollingsworth Green. Palladian Blue is another option that would have worked well in this room.
