Unfortunately, what was delivered falls well short of that standard. > > The drawers arrived with clearly visible construction and finish defects. These are not minor or subtle issues. They are immediately noticeable and significantly detract from the overall appearance of the space. > > Even more concerning is the impact this level of finish has on the perceived value of the property. In a newly renovated home, cabinetry is one of the most visible and important elements. Work delivered in this condition does not reflect the quality expected at this level and negatively affects both presentation and resale value. > > When we raised these concerns directly with Showplace, we were told this is “standard construction.” That response is particularly disappointing.
